Steps to using TeleLink for your personal banking

1. Call 630-837-5000 on any touch-tone phone. Then, follow the step-by-step instruction to gain confidential access to your account(s).
2. Enter your Access Number - the fist seven digits of your Account Number as it appears on your statement, checks or deposit slips. Press # to complete this step.
3. Enter your Pin Number, then press #.
4. Request the information you need.

Reorder Checks Online

When you're running low on checks and don't have the time to stop by or call the bank, re-orders are a mouse click away. Simply fill out the online form with your current check information and routing numbers and your checks will come in the mail. Your account will be debited for the cost of the checks.

Overdraft Privilege

Charter Bank now offers Overdraft Privilege to our valued clients. This service will save you the expense and embarrassment of having your checks returned!

Imaging

Tired of sorting and storing stacks of old checks? Charter Bank provides laser images of your checks on easy-to-read 8 ½ x 11 pages.

Direct Deposit
